Repair service for Vizio L42HDTV10A main board 3420-0012-0150 - yellow LED, no response or "no signal" and shutdown

As a rule of thumb we can service that PCB board, but this particular listing is for the variation of the PCB used in the Vizio L42HDTV10A TV.

The unique identifier for that modification is printed on a white label located at the upper left corner of the board: 3420-0012-0150 (3D).

Processing time

Typical processing time for the repair is within two business days; if we have any probems that require more time (be it overload or technical problems) we will contact you with an update and request for more time.

We have a fairly high success ratio, but we still do not guarantee success; if we can't get the board to work, though, you will not need to pay.

Service and payment

We only charge that flat rate if the board arrives in good condition (per requirements below), tests bad and we are successful repairing and testing it afterwards.

The flat rate includes the return shipping charges within continental USA or anywhere to where USPS delivers at the same flat rate as within continental USA. We may use USPS Priority, UPS Ground or other comparable service.

If we can not repair the board we will report that to you and ask if you want the board back. If you do then you will only be asked to pay for the return shipping charges. We will not charge any service or diagnostic fees.

If the board arrives functional we will again report that to you and will charge a minimal diagnostic fee of up to $25 plus the cost of return shipping. Exact course of action will depend on your decision and our ability to provide help resolving the issue with the TV.

Board requirements

We ask that the board arrives here in good physical condition and without traces of tampering. If someone (other than us, that is) has already attempted to service the board then please contact us with a description/pictures and do not directly place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to boards that have signs of repair attempts.

Boards that meet our requirements, are accepted for service and are serviced and tested successfuly have a standard 90 days warranty covering parts and labor.

If an issue occurs during warranty customer sends the board back at their expense and we service, exchange or refund and return the board back to customer at our discression and ability. In other words customer is only responsible for paying the shipping of the board to us.

If a board arrives that does not meet our criteria , but we still consider it possible for repair we contact customer and ask if they want to proceed with the condition that warranty will be stripped in case of successful board repair.

In other words we may accept for service boards that have been tampered with and if we do we definitely do not offer warranty if they get successfuly repaired.
